“Bunyodkor” head coach Luiz Felipe Scolari answered journalists questions next after away team coach.

- We realized created chances well and play more accurate than Arab team, - said Luiz Felipe Scolari. - In my opinion, we beat the strongest team in our group today. 

- What did you like most in today’s “Bunyodkor” play?
- Footballers felt their responsibility. Today’s match sowed that my players worked well during winter camps. For example, Sahob Juraev played against Hisham  Aboucherouane, who is one of the best player in his position, and did not allowed him to create any dangerous.

- Did you speak with Ristic about his being out of team roster for AFC Champions League? What did he say?
- Yes, I spoke with him about it. Stevica Ristic said that if he was a head coach, he would do the same. Ristic understands the situation very well. I had researched all aspects before I made a decision. I include Joao Victor to team roster in Ristic place. You saw, that Victor controlled play in the middle well in today’s match.  

- Today we saw some novelty in “Bunyodkor” play. For example, Karpenko played as right wing defender. Will he play on this position further?
- Yes, Karpenko will play on right wing.

- “Al-Ittihad” played in last ACL final. Did Saudi team look like ACL finalist today, in your opinion?
- “Al-Ittihad” can control the ball very well. I have researched this team accurate and I saw one thing. If “Al-Ittihad” scores opening goal, he can easily score two or three goals more. So, it was very important for us to score goal first. We produced good football and won the match confidently. I guess, my footballers played even better than they were able.
