FC “Bunyodkor” head coach Luiz Felipe Scolari gave an interview for www.fcbunyodkor.com web-site.

- Mr. Scolari, congratulations with great play and confidently win. What can you tell us about match?
- Match got easy for our team, it seemed we were much stronger than opponent. This shown we worked well during winter camps and increased our tactical skills and physical conditions. Now I am looking for optimal squad, and I guess, I will define it after friendly match  against “Al-Jazeera”  

- What did you like most in yesterdays match?
- My tactical lessons, which I gave to players, brought effect in this match. I pleased my players to complete my tactical directions. I especially liked Joao Victor and Aziz Haydarov play. They controlled the ball well in the middle.   

- In your opinion what is “Bunydokor’s” strong sides now?
- My player achieved good progress both in tactic and in physical conditions. But we don’t get to optimal conditions yet. Players hold game rhythm not such well us I like. But I think we will get our best conditions then Uzbekistan championship begins.     

- Top level specialists are never completely satisfied. What is lacks of “Bunyodkor” now in your opnion?
- Our lacks evident, then players just came back after vacation. Now these days are past and we are getting for our optimal conditions step by step. I think we will be in optimal conditions in second or third national championship match when footballers get enough play practice.    

- Rivaldo and Ruslan Melziddinov did not play against “Al-Nahda”. Are they still injured?
- They should only do physical exercises for next 6-7 days and only then they can begin to work with a ball. 

- How do you see “Bunyodkor” defense after Anzur Ismailov transfer from “Pakhtakor”?
- Now I would like to tell only about Anzur Ismailov, not about entire defense. Ismailov plays on Anvar Gafurov usual position and I like his play.

- What about Shavkat Raimkulov is he still ill?
-  No, he trains together with the team.

- Which footballers get best progress during winter camps?
- Now Server Djeparov is in better condition than other footballers.

- You have watched “Al-Vahda” match recently. This side is “Bunyodkor” possible rival in ACL group stage. What is your impression?
- We should research all our rivals much more. West qualify winner will be defined tomorrow in Abu-Dhabi in “Al-Vahda” – “Cherchille Brothers” match and all “Bunyodkor” staff visit it.

- As we know, “Bunyodkor” is coming back from UAE on 10 February. What can you say about team preparation for ACL match against “Al-Ittihad”?
- We don’t plan more foreign training camps. We finished our preparation for season in home country, because we should adapt for local climate. We are also about to play friendly on 17 February.
